At DLC Jerky Co., we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality beef jerky. Due to the nature of our food products, we have the following policy in place:

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any opened or consumed items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Or you received the wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A photo of the product
  • Your order details

We will gladly:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Offer a refund/store credit at our discretion

Delivery Orders

For local deliveries, please check your order at the time of drop-off. Once the order is accepted, we are not responsible for issues reported later.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your order arrives in poor condition, reach out and we’ll work with you to make it right.
