At DLC Jerky Co., we work hard to get your jerky to you fresh and fast.

Processing Time

All orders are made and packed fresh. Please allow:

  • 1–3 business days for order processing
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Local (Texas): 1–3 business days
  • Out of State: 3–7 business days

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery for customers in the Shoreacres, La Porte, and Baytown areas.

  • Free delivery on orders of 3 bags or more
  • Smaller orders may include a small delivery fee
  • Delivery times will be coordinated directly with you

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or message so you can follow your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, DLC Jerky Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll help you resolve the issue.

Warm Weather Notice

Since our jerky is a food product, exposure to extreme heat may affect quality during shipping. We recommend bringing your package inside as soon as it arrives.
